You can download and try the DEMO version of the software any time. Within 24 hours of registering in the Demo menu tab on our website, our colleague will send you the link from which you can launch the download, as well as your user name and temporary password.
Our software will check for updates every time the system is launched. If it finds any, it offers you to download and install it. You may of course choose to schedule the update for later, e.g. during the night or at whatever time is most convenient for you.
Updates are free, unless you request a specific, larger scale modification.
You may cancel or suspend usage of the software anytime and of course you will not be charged for suspended periods. The only restriction is that we operate on a calendar month basis, shorter billing or usage periods (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly etc.) are not available.
We currently provide a detailed User’s Manual where you will find all the essential information you need for your colleagues to quickly learn how to use the program. Upon request we will be pleased to demonstrate the program on-site.
We are also planning an online guided video tutorial.
The software consists of two parts: client and server. This necessitates the use of two Windows PCs with our minimum system requirements. In special cases the client and the server can run on the same computer.
The client software can be installed on all of the PC’s of the hotel, this is always included in the monthly fee. We agree on these details in the contract.

Yes, the invoice format fully complies with Hungarian tax office requirements.
The data required for this can be quickly and easily generated and accessed, naturally with the required format and content.
Please send us a request in writing (preferably email) if you no longer wish to use the software. We will contact you before the end of the current month (until you have paid for usage of the software in connection with cancellation of the contract.
